You might try adding a "Persona"  to the "Toon"  avatar.

Just tried adding a Persona as you suggested.  Works great and so easy to get the character moving around.  Thanks for the tip Mark.

Here's my latest Iclone 6 creation.  I think I'm getting better.  I'm starting to use mainly key framing in the animation as it's easier to get interaction and contact happening between the characters.  Have given up on the speech bubble concept which I used in some previous animations as is time consuming and starts getting complicated and cumbersome the more speech bubbles you have to use.  Much easier and quicker and better to use sound files and visme.

This is the first time I've posted - here the Iclone Chimp delivers a message about global warming and the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Hope folks get the message!
Thanks Iclone!

Virtual Jack Black is a stylized character designed in DS and ZBrush, animated and rendered in IClone. talks about his mad guitar, wrestling and Kung Fu skills in this animated short. (Stylized Character Comedy Parody)

First pass,  just wanted to post this before CC gets released (Monday I hope) and Jack ends up getting lost and forgotten on a hard drive. Will polish this one up when I get the time.

Animation Note: The quirky
halftard Kung Fu animation, is exploiting IC's choppy animation. If they won't add a curve editor have fun with it right? :P
