Hello I have a problem with the content downloader 2.30 (or with the purchased prop?)
I bought the following prop today in the content store
I wanted to install it with the content downloader (I don't like using smart content)
When installing I get the following error message:
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Content Downloder.W
The error message remains.
What can I do?

Hi Postfrosh
If you are continuing to have problems, please delete the Content Downloader folder below: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Reallusion\Downloader Then download and install version 229 using the link below. Does this resolve the problem? If so hold off updating to 230 until we check for any issues. Thanks. https://cdn2.reallusion.com/Downloader229_Enu.exe Peter
