Still no reply on the issue of accessing the Custom folder crashing both IC8.5 & CC4.5. PLEASE CAN WE HAVE SOME FEEDBACK ON THESE ISSUES! 
Also you cannot screen print an issue of this type as windows does not recognize the Reallusion procedure and prints a black screen linked to Real Hub.
Sent a ticket several days back and as usual no reply!

I am in a similar boat. Can't proceed with my next production since Iclone crashes for almost any reason, but especially with the hand puppet, face puppet, and accuface. I would love to just have a copy of iclone 4.2 sent to me so I can work with that till there is a fix. My show is topical, and I wanted to release it next week. Now, I don't know when it's gonna happen, and the Netflix movie it is based on is gonna be a memory soon.

Love reallusion, but they are dropping the ball here. I wish they would include previous version downloads so we can uninstall and go to an earlier version. That option should be in the hub or on the website.

I tried a version that they claimed was fixed, and both of them crashed too. Don't know if it is fixed.

Compatibility is an issue as well in such caes.Soon you have started a project you cant go back.
(Or must start it all over again on the earlier version)

iclone8.5 is crashing when i apply cloth to actor

I was sent the developer version through a support ticket and the morph editor is still broken and does nothing when clicking update to iclone. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, best of luck on the update.

Totally agree : we should be able to easily revert to a previous version.
I no longer take the risk of making the latest updates for fear of wasting time with new problems.
