I tryed to import a character to blender with this and copied all shader settings from the body to my clothing object to try replicate digital human shader perfectly onto my cloth object. Is this possible somehow?

What are you trying to achieve by doing that? The Digital Human Skin Shader only really does two things beyond the standard PBR, the first is Subsurface scattering, the second is Micro-normals.

Micro-normals need a detail micro-normal map and possibly a detail mask map too, without them nothing happens.

Subsurface scattering can be done without any extra maps. All you really need to do for that is connect the 'Base Color' (Or whatever is plugged into the Base Color slot on the Principled BSDF shader) into the 'Subsurface Color' and set the Subsurface value to something small around 0.05 to 0.1. You could also plug in a RGB node into the 'Subsurface Radius' to control the scattering color distribution.

Import a character to blender seems to work like a charm. Is there any specific way you should do it when exporting changes out from blender back to CC3 again? If possible.

Importing characters back from Blender doesn't bring any of the materials with it. You alter characters primarily by creating character morphs and using them to modify the characters. Clothing you can import separately as accessories and convert them into clothing in CC3.

I made a not very good video on making character morphs a while a go:

Okay, so right out of the box, this addon works and it works really well.

Is there a way to tip the creator of this addon, I want to buy them dinner
and a drink!

When i exported back to CC3 my whole character was white and all materials missing. I tryed mimic the Digital Human shader with SSS with almost perfect results, i'm looking for perfect results.

I have a very limited experience and understanding of how all these softwares and such works.

What is it that you are trying to accomplish? If you want to import back into CC for some reason then you would not bother with the shaders because the perfect shader is already in CC.

The only reason to use Blender in this case is if you want to change the shape of the character in some fashion.

I am curious and interested about this!

So as we know the export from CC3for blender, the material(s) only includes only the normal map and base (diffuse)
so we have to setup a Roughness, SSS node(s) for each of the material slots. In addition to the above, I had to set up
the normal map node to invert the normal map (see attached image (below))

Does this addon include auto setup of the SSS and Roughness nodes?

Try turning off the Smart hair, Eevee highlights and fake bump in the add-on preferences.
These settings are largely geared towards Eevee and the hair will behave more like the direct import for Cycles.

Also make sure you have enough transparency bounces (50+) in the Render Properties (Cycles) / Light Paths / Max Bounces settings. Otherwise you will get bad shadowing effects.
