PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

I am getting the error message "raise left cheek". I have installed the latest patch and still getting the error message.

Also getting the message that I dont have enough free disk space and projects wont open and program freezes. I have 3TB of free disk space.

I have an urgent deadline to meet!! Please help.

Actor Follow Cams Not working again... The Ball is positioned as a reference

I've discovered an issue tonight while trying to add a particle effect on top of a rendered video. I placed a camera facing billboard in the scene and applied an mpeg video texture (1440x1080 HDV, 29.97 fps). Then I put a small smoke particle effect in the scene, which I want to match up with a smoking pipe in the video. In order to match the motion of the pipe in the video I need to adjust the particle emitter's position frame by frame. However, when I advance the scene frame, it doesn't advance the video texture's frame to match. It only seems to advance the video texture frame every 8-10 frames, which is making it impossible for me to match the particle effect to the video. Is this a bug or by design?

Hi Magique

Trying to "scrub" HD video requires a powerful system and graphics card. If the system can't process the video quickly enough you will find the video may jump rather than scrub smoothly.

The issue can also be with the video itself. MPEG video is probably not the best choice for the way you want to work with the video because of the high bitrate used.

Try converting the video to AVI or WMV, making sure to set keyframes at regular intervals of say 1 second. This should then allow smooth scrubbing of the video in iClone5.

I'm not able to reproduce this myself. All the follow cams seem to be working as expected in my 5.23. Perhaps you could submit your project to Support so they can look at it and see what is going on.

True, not all projects have this issue. That is why I produced the sample videos.

It is hard to reproduce...it seems only some projects experience this, therefore the word broken is used.

It will be submitted. I just hope the server accepting the file has room.

Physics got a problem in 5.23:


Here is, what we get today:




Once apon a time in iClone:




And this is not all.
Whole physics around constraints seem to be messed up.
Additional: Veekes physical avatars mess up all the physics in preview, if they are in.
I can´t show it, because the rendering is ok. But the preview shows complete wrong results, only if Veekes avatar is in.
But...anything is damaged, because:


Again there are any problems with constraints: Strange things happen to the cross if the avatar is in.

I wasn't sure whether to post this as an issue or a wishful feature ....

when I first load up a face on to my character, the rest of the body skin adjusts colors accordingly.

Now if I call up the face texture in a paint program and alter it - lighten it / re-colorize it....when I save, it adjusts the face and not the rest of the body skin. When I try to adjust the upper in the iclone control panel to match the new face colors, it automatically adjust the face also - making it impossible to match the skin tones. I can alter the upper skin tone manually by loading it into a paint program, but it turns into guess work and very hard to make them seamless.

I'm not sure if a fix would be to unlink the upper from the face OR re-adjust body skin tone after I alter the face in a paint program OR if this is a bug.
