I was hoping that Reallusion would release a patch to fix the G2 problem. Not only have people purchased the G2 Clone Cloth packs which were extensive but also additional content from Reallusion content store and marketplace. There is a lot of G2 content out there and it is a really good clone cloth. I reported this flaw very quickly after release and I hope Reallusion will look at this again and consider a patch. Shy Hi Shy The problemyou are having with theG2 avatarsis one that can't currently be patched unfortunately. It really is a situationwhere to be able to use the HumanIK, the avatars need to have a certain bone structure. Now the retargeting for G3 avatars is good but sadly G2 avatars do have some problems. There reallywas nosimpleway around thisif HumanIK and the other advancements in animationwere to be included in iClone5. The team will continue to look at this issue though. Surprise... Surprise... the typical Reallusion dance. I remember many questions asked regarding older avatar compatability with IC5 and the answer being they should be. How can this company in clear conscience pull the rug out from the customers who have spent a fortune on G2 cloth and other products. How long before Reallusion pulls the rug out on the next batch of suckers who buy into G3 and G5. Should is such a convenient word for what I think is a tactical move to force (herd) users to buy the next overpriced G5 material coming down the pipe. On the one hand yes IC5 appears to have some really cool bells & whistles, but it is becoming more evident that this version was rushed for release. I urge all Iclone users to boycott further product purchases until the G2 problem is fixed. Being a guinea pig to iron out the bugs is one thing, but having peoples G2 libraries rendered useless goes beyond being sad.

So why not apply the old mesh to the new boneset and update the packs? Skype ID= learn.iclone Group: Forum Members Last Active: 3 Years Ago Posts: 2.8K, Visits: 13.8K	When adding props, such as rocks to the scene, and subsequently "adding" to terrain, the paths recognize them as terrain, but it appears objects do not... Cycled right through the rock using Gorf in the seat, even though the cycle was on path and was linked to the path it ignored the setup of the rocks as terrain parts. The answer is Yes, the box was checked to use bounding mesh, before that question is asked. I'll try another project to see what happens, but for now it is a glitch. Distinguished Member Group: Administrators Last Active: Last Year Posts: 23.1K, Visits: 36.6K	silpa.mulpuri (9/28/2011) Iam very disappointed that we cannot launch crazytalk to iclone 5 directly like we had the option in iclone 4. we have to take the crazytalk separately and do the facial animation and then we have to import that one to iclone 5.Is it correct? or Is there a crazytalk option in iclone 5 which i cant see? Hi Shilpa The facial animation system used in iClone5 is now almost identical to that of CrazyTalk 6. This means that CT6 is no longer required in the same way as it used to be for getting the best facial animation in iClone. However the ability to import .cts script files from CrazyTalk is still there should you wish to import any files you may have created. Thank you for the feedback. I've noticed (at least on my PC) that when you make a character talk (in the TYPE mode as in the IMPORT mode), it is terribly in late by the audio with the lip sync (under pixel shading). Any Idea? In fact, he really kinda flips out over it. See screenshot. If you uncheck foot contact box on side panel Chuck straightens out;) What do I lose by unchecking that? By unchecking it, does it mean he won't be making contact on the floor of the Indoor Project, which in turn may (or may not) cause other issues down the line?
