Seriously, are there board meetings where there's a contest on who has the best idea on how to really give loyal customers the short end of the stick on everything?
So now there's a BLACK FRIDAY SALE with everything 50% off. But if you LOGIN and you BOUGHT BEFORE, you can't even buy the stupid stuff as a NEW item, new license, but it wants to SELL IT TO YOU as an UPGRADE for the SAME price you could buy it as a new customer. So then who in their right mind wouldn't want it as a secondary license instead of as an upgrade?
Don't get me started on all the nickle and diming where we had to buy a bunch of different packages like 3DXchange pro/max whatever and others, and later you put all those features in the NEXT higher priced version of iclone or character-creator etc and loyal customers lost out, its like you took features AWAY from us and ask us to BUY THEM all over again! Wow who won the prize for that trick at the board meetings?
So now who knows how we can get an actual UPGRADE price that is BETTER than the Black Friday "Non-UPgrade" price, otherwise if it's against "policy" to ever be so nice to long loyal customers, at least tell us if we can order New Versions of Products we already have, as a fresh new license for another computer etc, since the price is same. Or are we forced to create a new username to do that and we can't under the same account?
Ahh too bad I'll have to repost all this again after Dec. 2nd since this forum is going to be archived under the bed now.
