Hi, The Blue Widow

We have already fixed this issue, and it is expected to go live next week.
If you have any requirements, you can reach out to our support team for the version.

thanks,

The Blue Widow (9/19/2024)
Any updates or fixes for this crashing issue with the custom content?  I'm experiencing it too and I have projects I need to work on.  If not, is it possible to roll back to an earlier version?  Truthfully, I don't even recall updating the software to begin with.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TBW

FIXED!

I opened a ticket and received patches for this problem in less than 24 hours.  I suggest anyone having this issue do the same.

Hello Luke,
That's right, it was the case that the app crashed when loading from the content, regardless of whether it was clothing, props, etc.
Using Molly's tip, I moved my hair content to another folder outside of Reallusion, and I was able to access my content again,
just not the hair pieces.I received version 4.3 through customer support, but with that I would have had to renew the entire content and pipelines,
and it still no longer loaded the hair parts, so I didn't do the work. I've now managed to load simple hair pieces, eyebrows and beards and save them
in the new Reallusions hair format. However, I no longer have access to my important and good-looking hair pieces, and I hope to get them back.

Can we have an Omniverse connector for CC 4.5? The current connector doesn't work for CC 4.5 and gives the error message (see attached image) when I try to export USD.

Hi... This issue will be fixed in a new update hopefully coming by the end of the week. However, you can download a temporary fix for the issue from Luke's post below.

Hi, gherie74
You can keep version 4.3 open, move the hair folder back, and then click "Refresh" in the Content Manager. You should be able to see it after that.
As for the issue you're encountering in version 4.5, if it's urgent, I recommend reaching out to the support team to obtain a hotfix version, or you can wait for the official release scheduled for this Thursday or Friday.

I'm using this method and it works but I'm only able to export one pose from CC4, if I try to export whole animation CC4 crashes after reaching 18%, I've tried using different characters, using with/without hair, using rtx real-time/path-traced but every time crashes after reaching 18%.
