So I customized the Camila model to get the benefit of the facial morph targets and it works great. However, when I did the same to Kevin I realized the base model does not have enough topology to match my model. It's way too dependant on normal maps. If there could be an upgrade to the topology count on the base CC4 models that would really benefit high poly model workflows.

Try Subdivision. There are 3 levels, which could pump topology to up to 2M polygons.

I need it to work with GoZ. Will a subdivided Kevin model export to Zbrush?

I do not have Zbrush, but I am sure you cannot export subdiv model out for the round trip.
You can export it out with hi-poly, but only one way without the return back as CC Base.
Or else you may bring it back as Humanoid though.

Precisely why this is a wishful feature.
