Right now the RL team seems to be in trouble with their support tickets. I think this may take some time.:)
But still, check the notification links on your membership page from time to time. Maybe there is something you missed or a new link can be added there when the fix is available. Sometimes emails are sent late.

Headshot and skingen plugin works with CC4.
The system may have erred here and assumed you were only eligible for iC8.
It might be helpful to submit a ticket about this.
Because add-on upgrades are only valid for the main program you qualify for.

Hello everyone, I bought the Rokoko Profile for Motion Live plugin for $500 6 months ago. I really wanted to use it with iClone 8 and now I see I need to buy it again? For now 600$? Nobody told me that before. As I understand it, all plugins purchased for iClone 7 would automatically be usable in iClone 8 as well. That's how it was communicated. I hope this clears up.

I really can't believe it.

I just bought those last week and I am having the same issue. I'm sure they're getting inundated with support tickets at the moment. Hope they can get this can cleared up.

You should have gotten an email about the plugin updates with a link that gets you to a page listing the plugins you are entitled too with their serial numbers.

Something like this:

I installed Skin Gen for CC4. Everything seems to be there except for Skin Gen Tools. Those folders are all empty.
