Hello. Can you help me please. 
I used the links that reallusion provide me with my serial numbers to upgrade my plugins (headshot, iray render, skin gen) But all have watermarks as I dont  have a license. I tried to activate the entired library and purchased items, but didnt work . What can I do now?

It's a bug (I have reported it).

As a workaround, load a male or female character first (Neutral_M.ccavatar or Neutral_F.ccavatar)

Then, at the Headshot dialog, select Current  (not Male or Female) as Body Type, select a Skin Type as desired, and click Generate:

Hello everyone, I bought the Rokoko Profile for Motion Live plugin for $500 6 months ago. I really wanted to use it with iClone 8 and now I see I need to buy it again? For now 600$? Nobody told me that before. As I understand it, all plugins purchased for iClone 7 would automatically be usable in iClone 8 as well. That's how it was communicated. I hope this clears up.

I really can't believe it.

I just bought those last week and I am having the same issue. I'm sure they're getting inundated with support tickets at the moment. Hope they can get this can cleared up.

I installed Skin Gen for CC4. Everything seems to be there except for Skin Gen Tools. Those folders are all empty.

You should have gotten an email about the plugin updates with a link that gets you to a page listing the plugins you are entitled too with their serial numbers.

Something like this:
