Cannot extract zipped file PSD Pipeline Resource

I can unzip the other zipped files but the PSD Pipeline Resource keeps getting errors in Windows 10 using the Windows zipped file extractor.

How to work around?

There is a legacy limitation on path lengths in Windows.

Crate a folder with a short name like "tmp" directly under your C: drive. Place the ZIP in that folder and try to extract again. After that you can move the files to wherever you want.
