The first thing that came to my mind was the burlap kid from Daz (here as a CC3+ figure I just *slightly* altered him here in a few seconds). I'm not saying he matches, he just sort of reminded me a bit of what you need. To me the face is easy - you can do this with a CC3+ avatar - but finding the outfit might be a challenge. I'd search Daz and see what's available.

Thanx for quick answer... ;) As I own that doll, will try it out. Though curves of mouth might be difficult without blender and sure will have to find similar clothes. Thanx!

I was thinking some Blender would be necessary, but at least you'd have a start. But the outfit will definitely sell it, so that's probably the most important thing. I definitely know there are pieces of it on Daz, but how close you can get might depend on ingenuity and resourcefulness. Whatever you come up with let us see <g>.

Hm, as we surely need those white gloved hands, the burlap doll won't fit... I also have trouble with the eyes, they are somehow misplaced. Anyway, thanx for suggestion!

Hello there,
My initial thoughts:
1) You're probably going to want to remove any human-type normal maps, roughness maps, ambient occlusion, etc. These maps are based on human properties, and will not assist you in a figure like this mascot.
2) Switch to PBR or Traditional shader, and maybe ramp up the self-illumination (possibly to 100%).
3) For color, you don't need complicated maps, maybe even single color diffuse which you can generate within Character Creator.
4) Your biggest obstacle is going to be mouth movements/visemes, which are going to have to be exported, corrected and then re-imported.
5) I'm not sure if it would be more or less work to build the character in Blender or something, rig it, and then import into iClone through 3DxChange as a Non-Standard character.
6) You only need to transform the head, the rest of the figure is humanoid -- that doll model you imported is going to cause more problems than solutions (in my opinion).
I would love to work on this personally. I enjoy a challenge. Unfortunately I don't think I have the time at the moment. :( I might be able to guide you along the way and offer input.

Thanx for chiming in Mythcons! Will try to adjust according your suggestions. This is what I got solely out of CC3. Though still way off the original... That big curved mouth would be cool but talking functionality is important. Eyes should be bigger, though when I crank them up it distorts. I never exported to Blender, but when I export to FBX I don't get that *ing FBX-Key to reimport. :pinch: How do I do that??

I will see what I can do about doing up a base morph for you to work with. I was able to do this during lunch, but it needs some significant adjustment.

I also gave it a try and used Felton the Puppet: Made him a bit stronger: and re-colored the Prince uniform: Also not very successful, because the puppet has no shoulders. But Mythcons figure looks way better!
