Reallusion, big pro tip: add "Bind Pose" to the "Calibration Pose" folder.

Thanks, but in CC4 it is actually available now... It's just a bit hidden :w00t:
If you click at the  "Remove" within the animation panel at the bottom of the screen and then "Restore Bind Pose" then CC3 base characters would assume an A-Bind Pose.

A-Bind Pose v3 - This one should be 100% replica of the internal RL bind pose (including a Y-offset):

I have updated A-Bind-Pose (in my first post).
The latest version is more precisely matches RL Bind pose generated on export. Although it is still not 100%.
I'll open another FT ticket. I believe we should have an easy button to put character into base T and Bind A poses in CC

Also do not forget to Skin Weight in A-Bind pose whenever is possible if you intent to export an avatar and work with it outside of CC.
