Hi Peter,
I have been looking at the pre-sale offer of Iclone 7 and I love all of the features and the software that comes with the bundle but I'm a bit skeptical. The reason why is because I have a Mac and I wanted to know if the software will be available for Mac users? I do have a Gaming PC in the meantime that is capable of running all of the software but I enjoy working with my Mac. Will there be a Iclone 7 version for Mac in the future? If I was to purchase the Iclone 7 pre-order now and you guys releases a Mac Version of the software, would I be able to convert my software to run on Mac or do I have to repurchase the software again?
Unfortunately there are no immediate plans for a Mac version of iClone 7. Sorry I can't bring you better news.

Forecasts are only forecasts.
During development they may have encountered unexpected difficulties or a developer was sick for a long time.
I think they prefer to deliver a product as perfect as possible rather than an unfinished product and for which all users will complain.

I CALLED REALLUSION TOWARDS THE END OF MARCH AFTER NOTICING YOU GUYS ADVERTISING ICLONE 7 SINCE NOVEMBER I ASK THE REPRESENTATIVE WHEN WAS THE RELEASE DATE I WAS TOLD APRIL OR MAY, APRIL IS GONE "NOTHING", MIDDLE OF MAY "NOTHING", NOW YOUR ADVERTISING JUNE........ The 14-day clock starting upon official release is what I was expecting.
The "installation of iC6" stopping you from doing a return is a surprise that I hadn't thought of.
In any case, I sure hope nobody feels the need to return iC7. Everything looks awesome from what I've seen so far.
iClone 7... Character Creator... Substance Designer/Painter... Blender... Audacity...

What is the return policy for pre-orders?
The Reallusion policy states, "Requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase from Reallusion."
Does the 14-day clock start ticking:
a) When you place the order
b) When you are billed
c) When the release becomes available for download, or
d) When you actually download it?
I think I know what the answer is, but figured it is best to ask.
