Am I correct in assuming that, even if you submit content created with iClone primitives you can never hold this Certification because they weren't created with 3rd party tools??? :( Armstrong.

You can become a CCD level developer without using 3rd party tools. Please see below for more information.

"To get started selling your content, you will first need to register as a Primary Content Developer (PCD).  In order to become a PCD, you’ll first need to accept our Content Developer Agreement, and enter in the serial number of your iClone or CrazyTalk Animator PRO edition.  After that, you’ll be able to upload and sell your content in your own personal store in our City Marketplace.  If you want to cash out the credit points you have earned from selling your content, your next step is to become a Certified Content Developer (CCD).  To become a CCD, please refer to the information pages HERE. The form says to submit 5 url - so obviously as Peter says, pick the best ones.

Congratulations.
It obviously is a quicker method, than submitting content through the content marketplace uploader. I've been waiting since February... Even though my content has been approved and is waiting to go into the store :(
