Just to follow up my previous posts in this thread. Had the following reply from support this morning. "We are sorry that the exchange rate issue caused the problem. Now we confirm that you are eligible to get a free copy of iClone 5 Pro when it is released. We will deliver the free copy of iClone 5 pro to your email box after Sep. launch in 3 working days." Needless to say I am most grateful to support for the clarification. :D If any other UK customers are experiencing an overdue confirmation for Free iclone 5 they may wish to check that their payments in sterling have not been subject to a similar problem. Man, I can't wait to get my confirmation, you know, I always like to be extra sure lol. I bought the Nature Builder Combo Pack today(13th), and from what I was told, that was good enough to qualify.

I just purchased a little over $200 in content, and the auto email acknowledged PART of my order (2 items were not mentioned). That's unfortunate.
Why is the checkout and confirmation process so incomplete?

Why is the checkout and confirmation process so incomplete?You can check your Order History in your Account. This should correctly show all the purchases you have made. If you find there are errors or missing items then please contact Customer Support using the link below.
