When I try to render in iphone portrait or ipad portrait, I get black bars at the top and bottom of my scene which also show when I render.  If I adjust the size but still keep it portrait shape, I still have the black bars.
The black bars don't show up in Landscape.
The only place I see to change the size is in the Render tab or the iray Render tab, which I have set to match each other, and I have tried several different sizes.
I have tried with a camera and with the preview camera and both have the black bars at top and bottom.
I think I remember having this problem before, but I don't know how / if I solved it.
What setting am I missing?
Thanks!

Hi...

I can't reproduce the problem myself so please can you try starting a new project and then under Render > Video and change the Output Size to iPad Portrait (768 x 1024). Do the black bars still appear?

If they do, please check if you have changed the default project to a custom one? If you think you may have, please reset back to the default in the Project Settings section of Preferences (CTRL+P).

Uncheck "Show Camera Ratio" in Preferences. Although I never use, It appears to be buggy in Portrait mode.
