Hi - I've selected a product from the marketplace to 'trial'.  It appears inside iclone 8 under the 'trial' pack but when double clicked on to download it - the animated bar that normally progresses from top to bottom as the download progresses stops near the top and the spinning download circle of dots never stops spinning. 
I've also tried the download link from the marketplace trial page to see if it can be installed that way - but it only displays error messages.
What to do?
