Not sure if this is a bug or what, but it seemed to work fine maybe a month ago. But when I try to download any trial items from the marketplace today, when they start downloading in CC4, it gets stuck at 10% and 0/<whatever number of files> and never progresses past that. Regular purchased stuff and updates work fine, its just trial downloads. So this implies it could possibly be an issue on Reallusions side. *edit also did the hotfix that fixed the texture path issues, but the trial downloads still don't work.

Yes, trial download is broken for sometime now. Still not fixed as of now (just tried it again)

Hello,
Sorry , we confirm that it is an issue with the current IC8/CC4 content manager. Here is the hotfix; please copy the below URL and paste it to the browser to download it.
Then, follow the install guide to update your Content Manager. 1. Make sure you have installed the last official version of iClone or Character. 2. Make sure the program is closed 3. Uncompress the hotfix files to local 4. Run the hotfix .bat . For iClone: double click the "IC8ReplaceSG.bat." . For Character Creator: double click the "CC4ReplaceSG.bat." 5. Done
Please let us know whether it resolved your issue or not. We will officially release it in a future patch.

It worked, I can now download trial. Just make sure Copy/Paste URL as Edward said (clicking on it did not work for me).

Thanks it resolved it, although the other hotfix that fixes the re-assigning texture directory dissapeared. That's not a big problem though since I can just select the texture directory. I guess your next release will have both of the hotfixes in it, so that should be good.

Glad this isn't just me. Everything else works great... it's only trial content that I can't download like everyone else. I'll try the fix mentioned above. Thanks for the response to this thread! <Edit> I downloaded the hot fix and it worked perfectly for me.

Good morning, I just ran the patch which changed things. The program takes much longer to load and especially now, I no longer have the "CONTENTS" tabs, only 2 tabs: Scene and visual!
