As Yepkoo already explained you are not permitted to use any Reallusion content in an in-game character creator or generator with the Standard or Extended License. The use of an in-game character creator requires an Enterprise license which are issued on a case-by-case basis.
From your description it would appear what you propose would be classified as an in-game character creator, and so would not be permitted under the EULA without an Enterprise license. Can you clarify something about this for me?
I understand that you're not allowed to have an in-game creator or generator. How does this work with changing outfits or textures? Nearly all games let you do this, and it's pretty much expected.
If you're trying to make an RPG, you need to be able to change a character's outfit, or generate outfits on enemies.
If you're not allowed to have a character change appearance based on what gear they find in the game, it greatly limits what you're actually able to make.
Can you please confirm that the extended license actually allows you to use assets in-game without having an enterprise license?
Kind of invalidates my main use case for all this Reallusion stuff if you're not allowed to actually use any of it in-game.
