Will older content like this weeks Weekly Special be compatible with CTA 5? Or any older content for that matter?

Thanks. I'm getting CTA5 because I bought extra IC/CC content and having done mainly 3D animation this will be a new (mis)adventure.

Your adventure will be successful and full of joy. Sure, it's different as it is "only" 2D but I like to work with it and several things are familiar to IC...

Will it be possible to use iClone7 3D motions with / inside Carton Animator 5 ? Or is iClone8 required for that ? ( 2D motion Link )

Is Cartoon Animator 5 release imminent , maybe tomorrow, as the promo of content is over this evening ?

it has been the same release planning for iClone 8 last year.

Yes, all your older Cartoon Animator 4 and CrazyTalk Animator 3 content should work fine in in Cartoon Animator 5.

Note: There may be some issues with older CTA1 G1 character packs but anything newer should be fine.
