More RL support BS! They just sent me the below which references iClone 8 and I've plainly told them numerous times it's for iClone 7!! Not only is RL support slow to respond but the answers are useless!!
Note that they admitted to giving me 'the wrong solution' but once again gave me the same thing!!!!

The issue is not from the Auto Setup. That's why I gave you the wrong solution, sorry about that.
This is because you have the full version of Live Link for iClone 8 with trial iClone 8.
Please uninstall the full Live Link for iClone 8 from Reallusion Hub.
Then download the trial installer of IC8 Live Link. Here is the download link:
