Dit you find a way to resolve this? For me this folder is also empty.

After installing Skingen for CC4 through the hub, I've manually had to install all the items from the content manager. (Guess this is the right way)
But for me the SkinGen Tools is also empty.)

Unfortunately this there is a known issue with the SkinGen tools not showing up. We are working as fast as we can to resolve the issue and hope to have it fixed soon.

I just installed all mine. I was worried about them yesterday, but stumbled across the upgrade link in the saved coupons dropdown under my account.
