What is it with this company? I clearly bought a CC3 pipeline with light studio bundle with other items, which included free CC4 upgrade. Only to be repeatedly told I don't qualify, but, I can get a 99 dollar discount on buying a complete CC4, or spend more, so my plugins will upgrade as well. I bought this bundle on march 31st, I am still trying to figure it out. Thought, wth, I will get it now, because I get the upgrade for free. Then, I didn't get the iclone 7 bundle because I already had the cc3 bundle and I would be buying the same thing twice. No free upgrade. Everything is buy, buy, spend spend. I have yet to make a single thing. Now I have cartoon animator 4 bundle, and I imagine all the extras for that will go away as well.

Supposed to get CC4 free, but no, I am expected to pay another 150 bucks, after the oh so generous 99 dollar discount instead of the free upgrade, to upgrade to a piece of software that I still cannot use the CC3 version. All the free content I was supposed to get, where? What free marketplace money I was supposed to have, no where balance 0...

I have tried different browsers, multiple attempts to start tickets, I have spent several days trying to find a way to actually chat with someone. The chat bot is useless and anything that appears to get you to a real person, gets you back to a link, to the page, to submit a ticket, that doesn't work.
I want a refund on everything...this company should end up in a class action suit.

Unfortunately if you bought a Character Creator 3 Pipeline + Light Studio bundle ($179), that would not qualify you for a free upgrade to Character Creator 4. The qualifying bundles were clearly marked in the Store and generally had to be a bundle costing $399 or more to get CC4 free.

Quit giving the same response. Click on the link and it says not qualified. The point all these people, including myself, are trying to make to you is. WHEN WE BOUGHT THE BUNDLE. It said, free upgrade for CC3 to CC4. I bought the Pipeline bundle with light studio and a few other throw ins, then I bought headshot. I clicked back and forth between the offered packages, software only, said came with 99 dollar discount to upgrade to CC4 later, I didn't buy that one. I bought the bundle, that said, free upgrade to CC4. 

So, why don't you again, highlight your post, ctrl-C, then ctrl-v paste it in again without actually answering anyones question, but just pushing a talking point that says, we are not listening...

I bought a qualifying bundle, and you people are just plain acting crooked.

Did you buy the bundle which specified that cc4 was included ?
Show us screenshot what you bought by censoring keys names and email.

Just an FYI, I never saw any links for downloading IC8 or CC4. I DID however, receive an email on Monday with the links and the license keys. You might look for recent email from Reallusion to see if your links are there. Once I downloaded the .exe files for each and installed them, now they show up in my Hub.

Unfortunate that all cached versions of the page are gone. Isn't that nice. I remember what I clicked on, and remember debating just buying the software and not the bundle. I remember the statement, software only package, getting a 99 dollar discount, switched to the purchase of the pipeline bundle, and it said, get a free upgrade to cc4 when it comes out. I am not in the habit of thinking I need to take screen shots when I am spending as much money as I have with your company. I bought the cartoon animator yesterday, thinking then yet, that I was supposed to be getting the CC4 upgrade. I remember also, looking at the iclone packages at the same time I bought the CC3 pipeline bundle. And it was called a bundle. The iclone software only had the same message, 99 dollars off, get the pipeline, it had cc3, iclone 7 and other things in the bundle, and a message that said free upgrade to iclone 8 and cc4. 

After having bought the cc3 pipeline with the, I thought was a promise to upgrade, I didn't get the iclone 7 bundle, because I didn't want to buy the damn cc3 a second time.

You can play your games, and say, I need to prove it. When I have no way of seeing what the web page was back on 03/31 of this year anymore. 

So, I guess I am just another disgruntled soon to be former customer that will never again buy from this company. Just a retired hobbyist person that wanted to have some creative fun, getting his hard earned money stolen away buy nickel and dime you lie to your face cheat at every stage company.

The shear number of people complaining about this clearly shows that myself, and others, were led to believe that they were receiving the CC4, and thought not in my case, the IClone 8 upgrades.

That failure is on Reallusions shoulders, we, are just the victims of your negligence.

Who will spend no more money at this company unless they rectify this situation. Who wants to have dealings with a company that would screw you out of a large amount of money, from an upgrade, within a period of a little over a month of purchasing the previous version.

What I asked is total amount you spent and bundle information from your email which you received after purchase.

Look if you made mistake in understanding a bundle then you can open a ticket stating your issue and they will answer on that.

There was another user who purchased for 179 dollars but admitted his mistake and is also advised to contact via ticket.

In this forum we can help you identify your issue but if you made a mistake then the best way is to admit your mistake via support and i hope you get help.

I have checked your account and don't see a qualifying purchase.

I understand you are frustrated about the issue but please think logically about it. A $179 purchase is not going to give you a $299 product for free.
