Hi Peter and Team,

Regarding the free upgrade offering from a few months ago, how do we redeem this now that CC4 / iClone8 have released? I've looked around the Software Store and various links regarding the new releases, but no luck. Is that process still in development?

For context, I'm referring to the program that qualified existing customers for a free upgrade if we purchased a specific amount of software or content during the announcement period for CC4 / iClone 8 (this ran through January 1st, 2022). I believe if you spent $400 (USD), you qualified for CC4. $800 (USD) qualified for iClone8.

Check the Registration page of your user account, the serial numbers and download links should be there if you qualified. You need to have the Reallusion Hub installed to download and install the software, a link for it is provided when you try to just download iClone.

I spent a TON of money and triple checked that I qualify for the upgrade and I don't have it in my registration section

Hi...

Did you purchase one of the required bundles that gave you free copies of iClone 8 and CC4? These bundles were clearly marked in the Software Store. Sadly if you only purchased individual items and not one of the qualifying bundles then you won't qualify sadly. I have checked your account and your iClone 8 and CC4 serial numbers are there. Are you sure you are logged in to the right account when you visit the Registration page?

However, if you have the Reallusion Hub installed and you are logged into that, then click Refresh and you should see iClone 8 and CC4 ready to download and install.

this is hilarious. I spent $750 a few months before January. I had a bad feeling about a company who has 7 versions of its software. So let me guess, you want me to spend more money, because my money is worth more, if I would have waited a few months. Definitely speaks volumes about this company. I don't think I'll be buying anything else from you, anytime soon.

Hi, I have purchased all the Reallusion prodects one by one and now I wanted to update to iclone 8 I m not able is there any way to update my iclone 7 to 8 because it is too expensive I  don't have this money now.

We ran two promotions that offered a free upgrade to iClone 8 and/or CC4. The last promotion offered iClone 8 and CC4 free when you purchased a qualifying bundle which were clearly marked in the Software Store. Did you purchase one of the qualifying bundles? If not, then sadly you would need to purchase an upgrade to iClone 8 and CC4.

I'm not sure what the number of versions has to do with anything. Microsoft Windows is on version 11, Mac OSX is on 12 and Autodesk 3DS Max has had a whopping 30 versions. Ermm
