Scan Reality characters won't open

Distinguished Member Group: Forum Members Last Active: Last Month Posts: 1.2K, Visits: 1.9K	I absolutely cannot open it with the 2 Scan Reality characters CC3 that was given as a gift. CC3 shuts itself down with false memory warning Update: Ok, I solved the problem for now. However, when I press from Smart Gallery > Pack, the system crashes. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the pack, but I have the same result. If I ignore the error message, I can load Alejandro, but as soon as I click on "cancel" in the error message CC3 Crash.
