I absolutely cannot open it with the 2 Scan Reality characters CC3 that was given as a gift.
CC3 shuts itself down with false memory warning

Update:
Ok, I solved the problem for now.
It only gives the error when I click on the Pack section, it works from the item section.

THis is true. CC3 would close if you click Scan Reality Characters.

Looks like a bug

Yes, I noticed it later.
It works from the Content > Template and Smart Gallery > Item area.
However, when I press from Smart Gallery > Pack, the system crashes.
Can you check in the Pack section to be sure?

Indeed, from SG when you want to load Alejandro ScanReality, CC3 crashes.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the pack, but I have the same result.

If I ignore the error message, I can load Alejandro, but as soon as I click on "cancel" in the error message CC3 Crash.

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the weekend delay.

RL has fixed this issue urgently.
Please follow the steps below to update the content pack to the latest version:
1. Refresh Smart Gallery
2. Go to "Update" node
3. Double-click the updated content pack (ex. Scan Reality-Natasha, Scan Reality-Alejandro,...)
