Hi Eric, you might want to contact Reallusion support to get a quicker response, you could be here for days or weeks to get an answer.

Indeed, some people wait several days or weeks for an answer, but this is often because no one has the answer or the question is badly formulated.
But also very often they receive an answer but they never come to consult it or they read the answer and do not say if the answer was useful or not.

I agree. I would say that in general people here are very helpful, although we are not RL Support but just fellow users. Unfortunately, that is not always acknowledged.

A really good point, Zero.  It's ALWAYS a good idea to comment on ideas presented, whether they are useful or not (if useful it helps others to know, if not it helps to know exactly why it wasn't useful and perhaps encourages more feedback).

I try to follow this advice myself anytime I ask a question, on any forum, about anything.  Keep the lines of communication open and you will be surprised and amazed at the results.

And, as Job points out, a user forum may not always have the answers - always worth a try, though.
