Hello

Updated to iClone 7.83 using Reallusion Hub -> App would not launch, spinning wheel then crash -> uninstalled Smart Gallery -> Able to launch and use Iclone 7.83 -> re-installed Smart Gallery throught Reallusion Hub -> iClone won't launch&crash again

Same is happening with CC3 3.32 Pipeline

Windows 10  / 19041.685
i7 - 8750H
RTX 2060

Hi,

In some environments (like Alienware) with the dual-monitor may have this issue. :crying::crying:

Before this issue fixed, here is the workaround:
1. Try to disable your extended monitor(ref: https://itstillworks.com/switch-dual-monitor-single-1209.html)
2. Open IC/CC and close it to makes IC/CC always open in the main monitor
3. Enable your extended monitor back.
4. Done :D

* Not use the dock/undock function on the Smart Gallery

If not work, please submit a support ticket, we may need more information from you.

Edward

I have tried this method and it is not successful.

I have 4 monitors so this becomes extremely annoying!

Sincerely,
Leon
