I went to my account at Reallusion and saw the offers for various editions of CTA3.  I'm getting ready to pull the trigger, but still had some questions.  I understand from a previous post that version 2 functionality will be available (I have version 1 now).  Would like to confirm that.  Also, if I buy the CTA3 Pipeline edition, will I have access to the white paper that explains how to create a G2 character from scratch?

So what is the upgrade offer? I have CTA 2 Pipeline, how much will cost upgrade to CTA3 pipeline?

Presale price (for new customers that do not own CTA2 Pipeline) is $149... I expect that upgrade must be half the price?

I don't think all the hoopla about CTA3 was worth it. The final price with add ons will not meet my expectations. I will stick with iClone6  

REPLY TO MY QUESTION URGENTLY NEEDED -  BOUTH CTA3 STANDARD a few days ago. Very disappointed. way below original CTA pro and much slower.   However, I looked to upgrade my cta3 standard to the proversion. Cannot find how to do that because the only option the reallusion system gives me is to buy the cta3 pro  version new without any discount for the cta3 standard version amount  I have already paid for.  Pls advise  

cannot agree more.  CTA3  - unless you spend 200 for the pipeline the standard version I bought is useless. In order not have lost everything I wonder whether it is worth to upgrade to cta3 PRO - but at the moment reallusion don't seem to give me that option anyway, not deducting the amount I spent on the standard version which is slow and useless.

Searched but didn't find anything.  I have the Trial CTA3 and just purchased CTA3 PRO.  Do I need to uninstall the Trial or if I install the PRO will it keep my past work?

I noticed that before the final release of CTA3  this board was steaming with messages, suggestions, complaints, etc,etc. Now there is not much to be said about CTA3, I just hope that it is because everyone is working with it and not because of any additional frustrations or let down. I for one I'm trying the Pipeline Trial with the hope of finding something substantial that will convince me to buy it.
