I downloaded the pro 4 days ago I couldn't adjust the skin color either.

Most likely because RL's way of setting colors on vector characters is the absolute worst..., Render Styles with vector groupings... what a giant pain in the a**...  A major complaint by many since version 1, but always falls on deaf ears...

If you are using CTA 3 Pro then you can certainly change the skin color of G2 RS characters and the overall color of G3 characters. Just press R to open Render Style, select the Skin group you want to change and then adjust the sliders accordingly.
