When i export my 1600 frames scene  for indigo it generates 70 Gigas of extra files. 70gigas!!!! so i guess if i make a few minutes of movie my HD will be full...is there any plan for Reallusion to optimise this long export process + HD killing ?

I'm impressed that you could even accomplish this without crashing! I have also been disappointed with Indigo with respect to animation. The topic has been discussed many times, and I believe there is an entry in the Feedback Tracker. Not much reaction from RL thus far.

Here is an Issue I posted on Feedback Tracker related to the massive quantity of data exported (and the time it takes to do so):

Or Is there any plan to replace the indigo renderer plug in? This feature has been over promoted  but now it's has no real improvement and seem going slowly and quietly in sleep mode. I've used Reallusion products for some years with much hapiness but i think that this Indigo episode is the most noticeable failure up to date.

I'm still hoping they adress this. Indigo is a pretty good renderer.  The export process is killing the experience. That's on RL to fix.

For what its worth, and with 6.5 having Alembic export, I gave up on Indigo and just export the whole thing to .abc files and import into Blender, there I only need to drop pre-made textures on the different parts of the model, set the lights and camera, and render with Cycles, I also get the benefit of having everything that comes with Blender, such as good particles, embedded copositor and so on!

For the time it takes to export to indigo files, I have plenty of time to setup my scene in Blender, heck, you could setup an Indigo render from inside Blender if you wish, since Indigo supports it!

Well they are still selling iclone indigo and the users that did pay for it still needs to get the issue fixed.

Absolutely, only proposing a viable solution until they do!
