Yes, what you want to do can be accomplished. That I'm certain of. I also expect someone with experience actually doing it will reply and will give you some good instructions and suggestions.
I would probably do it the most inefficient way possible, which I why I'm not giving any instructions.
Do you still have the old computer, and plan to run your software on both computers? If not, you should "release" your license from the old computer. The best way (for iClone) is to uninstall it while connected to the internet. The next best option is you can "unregister" it via your Reallusion user account.
