Thanks for all the replies and help with this matter.
As soon as I got the response I sent a support ticket, I was hoping maybe that others with Vista may have had the same issue. As for wait for support I am aware of the long weekend and was not knocking support at all. Nor was I knocking any replies to this thread, as many of the posts were very good help and info. And support did reply already this weekend to my ticket and I had linked this thread in my ticket, just so they know the whole story.
As for the codecs I only installed K-lite as IClone gave me codec errors and the can't find file error, and a post in this thread said to install them. On my old system I used them and never had any issues before with them.

Maybe the gods don't want me to have the software, its the only thing that makes sense
was meant as a joke. Thou with a different companies software it was true as they had me send them tons of files and logs..
As for post from Tutor,
I am well versed in the admin tools and use the event viewer to check on almost every error I get with software or hardware, I say almost as sometimes I know what caused the error. And yes there are many errors listed in there since I installed IClone, four days ago if my math is right. For me I have nothing but time to spend on my system and trust me if I don't know something I google and search forums as well as posting support tickets when a big issue come up. I Also do understand about support tickets and long weekends and backlogs. I just hate not trying to rectify the issue myself and/or with the help of other users.
Anyways again I really appreciate all the help and info people have supplied in regards to this thread. I guess I seem impatient to some people but since i can spend 24/7/365 on my computer, I have all the time in the world. I just hate not having things work right of the start, but am also used to Vista causing more issues then I can count.
Just wait for my next post on CrazyTalk 6 animator as it is also giving error. I have been waiting till this software issue is fixed before i post the next. Thou both software mention *.RRA file errors in some directories in the Windows event logs, yet there are no *.RRA files listed in the directories.
