I recall k-lite CODEC Pack causing a number of issues for a number of Users over the years on other Forums. The general advice was don't install it.
However I have it with no problems.
I'll:
1) Check my Saved K-Lite Install EXE File & Post the Version.
2) I'll check the Video/Audio CODECs installed on my W7 Home Premium 64 Bit OS PC & Post Screenshots.
If what I have is ok for me, it should be ok for you. But we don't have the same Programs Installed.
IMO, Generic Video/Audio CODECs are Installed with Windows OS & any additional ones with individual Program Installations. Eg; Pinnacle Studio NLE has Pinnacle Video CODECs, which are developed by another Developer & used by Pinnacle under License.
I would guess that K-Lite have rolled-up all developed CODECs into one package under individual CODEC Developer Licence Agreements. Some of those can screw-up Programs on your PC, if not needed.
ADDED - BTW, I've recently noticed that when Installing iClone Content, there's an incomprehensible Message stating that under Microsoft DRM, Content will now be Installed to the follwing Directory - or whatever
In any event, IMO, you need to contacr Reallusiin Technical Support.
