Hello sir when i have try to install iclone4pro on my system it gives error shown below.

Apparently there is a compatibility issue with the DivX player and Internet Explorer 9 that is causing a number of system issues at the moment.

I would always avoid installing any "unrequired" extras with the codecs. Unless you have a specific need for these extras you will probably find the codec alone is good enough.

Hello,

I have another update for you all on the same topic.

I was dealing with both support for IClone and support for the K-lite codec packages.
It was IClone support that figured out the issue and advised me to make changes.
I then let K-Lite support know and the asked me to turn ffdshow video decoder back on.
They then asked me to open the start menu and go to their K-lite folder and then the configuration folder and then to select ffdshow video decoder. Once it opened they had me go to the directshow control inside the editor and asked me to add Iclone.exe to the blacklist.
Then they told me to apply the changes and exit the config tool, and to test Iclone 4 again.
Now that it was in the blacklist everything ran fine even thou ffdshow video decoder was enabled as the black list prevent programs from using it. So now my other video editing programs wont be affected as the ffdshow can remain enabled.

I just sent K-lite the results of the test and I am sure he will be adding Iclone.exe to the blacklist for ffdshow video decoder.

I will also be letting Reallusion know about the changes I did today so that in future other may not have this issue.

Hello,

that is good to know about divx, as I also do have it installed.
But now that I have the programs working I will not mess with it.
I will keep better track of codec as well, as I have enough video editing software to sink a battleship.

I recently had the same errors with an existing iClone installation that had worked before. I then remembered that I had recently foolishly installed the Divx player, which turns out to screw up things big time, not just iClone. (Windows Media Player was affected to.) So I dished the Divx player and reinstalled the Vista Codec Pack (which also works for Windows 7, BTW). Now all is well again. This is for Vista 64 bit.

Good news - Thumbs-up for iClone Technical Support.

BTW - Although I have K-Lite Downloaded Installer EXE File saved to my Downloaded Program Installer Files Folder, I don't have it Installed on my Current W7  PC. I've a feeling I Uninstalled it on My XP PC for similar reasons. Can't remember. 

The route to CODECs in XP could be found via Device Manager Video/Audio & Games Controllers, but not in W7 & therefore presumably not, in Vista.

I've come-across the culprit CODEC I think fairly recently. I need to check iClone & proDAD's Heroglyph Export AVi CODEC options.

Hello everyone,

Ok i have good news support found the issue causing the codec/missing files in IClone 4 pro on my system.

We have been working on it for a few days and today we disabled the codec "ffdshow video decoder" and all but 1 item is working. And the one item not working the file can't be found on my system. It seems it was the codec that also caused the missing file errors and path errors.

So I think we are good to go at this point.
And again thanks to all who helped me and gave me tips and info.
Now I can play.
