Okay- How do you place the face point to animate a head in profile-not a straight on shot?
Do I need to import teeth and eyes that are drawn as side views too?

Crazytalk is not really designed to work with profile views. You need a reasonably front facing image to get the best results. Slightly turned to the side may work fairly well but a complete profile view is not really going to give good enough results.
