Import a movie as a prop, scale it so it covers your camera, and boom animated video background... What else would be needed? Or green screen your CTA animation, import into any number of video editors, some commercial others free, and chromakey a completely different background from images or video...

I think what rollynumber1 means is importing motion capture data into CTA, which will be a great feature if implemented.
Eg, we have a motion capture data( say, walk.bvh), we can import it into CTA as motion file, (via skeleton mapping/retargeting). And in the retargeting process, we can rotate the imported skeleton to match both side/front profile, so for same motion capture data, several CTA motion files could be generated for different profile view.
