Hello everyone sorry if this subject has already been touched on but I cannot navigate this forum well enough to find the answer. A few weeks ago my laptop was stolen with all of my animation software on there I'm assuming I'm only allowed to put it on one computer per purchase. How do I go about getting it on my new computer and or deleting it off of the other laptop that was stolen?

Sorry to hear about your laptop being stolen.

You can manually deactivate your Reallusion software from your old computer by following the instructions on the FAQ page below. Then you can install on a new computer.
