Hello! I've loaded a "neutral base" and made some changes - added hair, changed the body by morphs.
Then I try to add cloth from content, and I get a message "Failed to load a file".
But when I create a new character (from neutral base), it works. 
How can I fix it?

Has all the work on the character been done in CC4 or have you exported it out and made any changes outside of CC4?

Please describe your workflow with this character in more detail as it appears something has changed with the character where it is no longer being considered a standard character.

Yes, I’ve made changes in ZBrush also. And I’ve importedan accessory from Blender (glasses). But now I’ve re-created the character,made the same changes, and it works. )))
