I apologize if this isn’t the right spot to ask, I wasn’t sure where to post this.

Does anyone know how to import MetaHumans into cc4? Or is that something that just isn’t possible currently?

im trying to import a Metahuman into cc4, add clothing and accessories to it, then export the fbx back into unreal real engine 5.

It is not that easy to import a MH into CC4 cos body and head are separated. ( You have to merged the parts in Blender or Maya before importing into CC4) There are tutorials around.
You can use the MH Dummies in CC4 that are in Meta Human Live Link Kit :  https://www.reallusion.com/iclone/live-link/unreal-engine/download.html (all possible sizes)  , you need to match the pose.
But the problem is that the MHs have a "post process correction morph BP" in UE5. So you have to deactivate the BP or hide the mesh under the cloth.

The easiest way is a new App called MetaTailor , you can add your CC4 cloth and props (or others)  :
