Hi everyone. I am a newbie. I can't use action menu and they say that i have not yet installed Animation pack. Can you help me to install it.

All you need to do is click the Pack tab in Content Manager and then click on "Free Resource" as shown highlighted in red below. You will then see thumbnails of all the free resource packs. Now just double click each pack in turn to install the free content.
