I can't figure out why the UVs on my character's eyes implode when I export. They look perfectly fine in CC4 but below is what it looks like when I export to .obj for substance painter. I opened the file in blender to view the UV map. The same thing happens when I export as an FBX to blender. If I then re-import into CC4, the eye UVs stay this way. What on earth is happening here?

I'm experiencing the same thing. Below results with a regular import .fbx and with the CC Pipeline plugin for Blender. Imported mesh from Blender in CC4 Export as a .fbx and same results when imported through the plugin or regular import. Weird part: While the UV-layout stays the same, importing the exact same file in a new scene with the plugin gives different (diffuse map?) results.
Hoping for a solution soon. But I'm afraid I'll have to make a support ticket for this issue.

Seems to be something character creator is doing to the exports because I have had this exact same problem with exports to Unity.
The only way to fix it was to replace the eyes.

Also happening to me, but not on every character (thank goodness). This character was previously fine, then showed up with "crazy" eyes.

Does this happen with the base character eyes, eyes added from the Content Manager, or all eyes?

when I send a character from Charater Creator 4 to Blender and back to CC4. Are your eyes and teeth okay? When I send this character to UE5.3 I have twisted UVs eyes and teeth, So before I send the character from CC4 to Unreal Engine. I use Mesh -Edit -Normals smooth, for eyes and teeth. Then I also have good eyes and teeth in UE5.3. It might have something to do with the normals. With and without Edit Normals. Greetings Robert. before exporting to UE5.3 The first picture is what I'm doing at the moment until a solution is found.

wow im glad im not the only one with the problem...
i have contacted support and also waiting for a fix... sometimes it "FEELS" random.. i've had cases where changing the eye meshes will fix the issue and sometimes it does not
When i try Robert's solution my cc4 will crash for some stupid reason.

I'll have to replicate it with a different character because the one I was making that had the problem is currently under NDA. I fixed the issue by replacing the eyes in CC4 but the issue randomly reappears. It seems to happen if I'm ever modifying any part of the UV map even if it's not the UV of the eyes.
