Thanks. I discovered that CC4 has an option called "edit pose offset" which does exactly what i needed! Just click on the bone and rotate it, job done! Thanks for your feedback

IC7 and 8 have edit motion layer. I am not at CC4. I don't think CC4 has it. But with edit motion layer you can adjust the bones and then
collect clip and save new motion.

Thanks,

Where do I find that in CC4? or is that in Iclone? I do have Iclone 8 but haven't used it as of yet!

Thanks for your help

You can edit the character in Edit Motion Layer. Just bring the shoulders down to where you like it and then save the motion. It should save it with the shoulders fixed.

For anyone else having this issue my only solution so far is to import the animation into 3ds max and lower the height of the arms, this cleans it up nicely. Another issue ive been having that i posted weeks ago and still not had an answer to is the thumbs being warped and misplace sometimes from Mixamo animations, anyone got an answer for that?

Thanks all!

Hi all,

Im hoping someone here will know the answer to this. I am importing animations from mixamo, which having seen a video on youtube seems to work. The issue i am having is that whenever i import an animation, the shoulders of my character look rediculous. Anyone know how to fix this? Im guessing it may be a root issue. Im chosing without skin and 30 FPS win Binary .fbx format. As you can see the shoulders are almost hunched and too high, i have tried the other 2 mixamo presets which just mess the character up like a pretzel ! Thanks,

James
