Hello :-) I have a suggestion. You could hire a freelancer from www.rentacoder.com or from www.elance.com

Both those sites are great, I use them both, and they both have everything you could need- like artists, animators, software people, voice talent, any skill at all really.

They have people on there from every country in the world. What you do is, you post your project online, and people bid on it. You can choose to have people from any countrys you choose to bid on your project, or from every country in the world. They tell you how much they will do it for, and you choose the person and price you like best, and award them the project. It is called outsourcing, and all the smart companies are doing it now, because you pay once and that's it.

Then you give the worker a rating out of 5, which helps other people decide who the best workers on there are, when they go searching for a worker

Before you choose a person to do the work on either site I mentioned, you should first check out their ratings, and pick someone who has lots of 5 star ratings, and for someone who has a good work history. That way you know you won't get ripped off. Also, generally they say it's good to hire someone who speaks English well, or else details can get mixed up in the translations back and forth between the two of you

I have heard lately that rentacoder is slighty cheaper overall than elance, but I will leave that up to you to check out the prices on both sites. You just type into the search box on either site what you are looking for (like artist, animator, etc) and click search. A list of suitable people who can do your job for you will then come up

A lot of workers have next to their profile the amount they usually charge per hour if you were to hire them, but then when they bid for your project, they will give you the exact figure in a quote.

If you are dealing with large amounts of money, both these sites have an escrow system, which means that you can pay the money to the site and not the worker, and the site will hold onto the money until you have seen the finished work and approved of the finished work, and then you tell the site to release the money to the worker. That way the worker doesn't get paid until you have the finished work and are totally satisfied with it.

Ps- if I might add a quick little tip- I looked at your website and you seriously need a headline on it. I am a copywriter and a marketer and your website commits the number one no-no which is having a massive picture of your logo at the top of your page. With all due respect , nobody cares about your logo, customers who visit your site only want to know one thing and that is "what's in it for me, why should I stay here and read your page" Statistics show that you have one or two seconds to get their attention before they click off. You need a hot headline that will draw them in to reading your page. Whatever the biggest benefit is that you can give your customers, put that in the headline and have in in big headline size letters, big like the newspapers do. If you must put a logo, put it at the bottom of the page or in the top right corner of the page, but make it smaller, the star of the show should be the headline as that is what makes people decide whether to stay on your page and read on, or close your page.

I think a good headline for you would be:

"How To Get More Customers"

Make the headline red, as that has been proven to increase results. Good luck!

And change the first sentence to something like "Dear fellow business owner, if you want to know how to get more customers to your business, how to keep them longer AND how to keep them satisfied and happy, then this could be the most important thing you will ever read.

I didn't see many CrazyTalk developers (none actually) on either site. As far as the design of the website is concerned, a screaming red headline would turn me off actually... I've seen many "marketing" pages over my lifetime and after a while you start to decern a pattern. But that's all way off topic.

I shall very respectfully point out my observations which are grounded by current research and result statistics on Customer impression and marketing success psychologies.

Inacurate Psychology...
Your site initially flashed across my mind a lace clad maiden laying down on her tummy facing right on a telegraph wire pointing some kind of submachine gun to the right sniperstyle, below her a burning passionate? earth and to the right of it half a heart with a Cupids Arrow pointing down and a logo that resembled a mixture of the male - female symbol and to conclude it then states... Engagement!!! and that I'll be Immersed. YUMMY! YES PLEASE!

I'm on some kind of dating site where Women target the men and apparently WIN!  I wanna join. :P

You could also have an impressive , (if only a stats report,) animatedly displaying good graphics in a mindblowingly superb iClone environment with an easy voiceover saving your calling visitors the effort of reading and reading and simply instead clicking a PLAY button to watch the movie or eat breakfast over the newspapers while your player fed them the information to one side on their laptop while they ate their toast in the morning (Like I do now.) Make their lives easy and inspiring. Give it to them on a plate. 

On the plus side, the information on the site is super. But the best clippits were not foremost.
I'd be happy to work on an intro Video which your content could easily establish, some decent corporate graphics which are missing, and a striking header which is also missing that would more easily punch out what your doing in a Videographically enchanting  2 minute Presentation and also keep in tune with the degree of marketing successes you state are deliverable on your arena but in practice are not winning over the potential clientelle capable of deploying it...

Your CrazyTalk contract is appealing but you haven't given a brief or even disclosed the Budgets to be run within. We need inspiring. :) it IS an exciting offer initially but we need to know what the rewards will be.
There are very many stunning Animators in this forum, its the core reallusion forum that containes alot of hard core ability but we need to see the money and its achievability.

Could you flesh out your project a little more please. We are all enabled in Techtalk so dont be nervous. :hehe:

Also, registering on a site that claims data analysis and data-mining effectively your form goes into a WORDPRESS Blog.
While Blogs are informative, they dont reak of commercial finance. You should at the very least have a small research form to accurately pigeon hole your applicants. Company, business type, employees, location, annual turnover? and etc...



I'm open eared if you wish to discuss some very easy repairs to kick out an impression that convinces but for me, I would love to hear more detailos about the contracts detail and the budgets and timescales allowed.

Also you could set your URL to be windowed so that the page URL is always your corporate RL and we dont see the paths. This gives a great pro. impression.
If you'd like a substantial user-optional form page to gather data from your callers submissions, this isnt complex and a simple 20 questions data hoarding html script can easily be created. 
If you need unlimited free hosting I can deliver that as can many in this forum also for their work.
I look forwards to seeing more details regarding the work required. As with most, the harder the challenge, the better the appetite for it.

Scott was just looking for a CrazyTalk expert... not marketing advise, which I still believe is too complex to cover here in any meaningful way.

I use CrazyTalk in conjunction with iClone fot facial expression and lip-synching but I wouldn't call myself an expert.  I also have little time to commit. But, there must be others.

If you go to www.rentacoder.com, I know for a fact that there is a lady on there who does crazytalk stuff. Go to www.rentacoder.com, and then once you are there, go to the box on the left that says "software buyers" In that box, click on "request bids", then click "search workers" on the very far left side of the screen, then in the box under where it says 'search workers", type the word crazytalk into that box, and click search. 1 result comes up. Click on the name of that result, which is called: Ei-Kan Productions

The lady who comes up is the search results says she does both crazytalk 6 and iclone 4. She is in Texas in America, but since you are doing it all online it doesn't matter anyway, she can do your stuff for you and send it to you online, and you can pay her online through www.rentacoder.com. She has a perfect score of 10 as her rating.

Also, on the website www.guru.com if you type the word crazytalk into the search box there, 2 people come up who do crazytalk stuff.

As for looking on these sites for a crazytalk expert, you can also look for "illustrators" or "animators" or "graphic designers" as that is what most people will advertise themselves under. After all, when you analyse it, you really just need an illustrator or an artist I think :-)

Ps- I couldn't resist adding ;) Just because your website does well now, doesn't mean it couldn't do better. You could be leaving heaps of money on the table. Do a split test of 2 websites and try it out. See which one pulls in better results. Scrap the one that doesn't perform :-)
