Is there any way to upgrade my smart hair license to the export license? I’ve already paid for hair but, can’t export it. I don’t want to pay for the entire thing again but, I am hoping there is a cross grade option. Fingers crossed

If you go to your Order History page using the link below, you will see an Upgrade option for any content packs you only purchased the iContent version. If you click this you will be able to upgrade to the Export version for just the difference in price. You won't have to pay in full again.

Hi everyone. Recently upgraded "Cartoon Character Designer - Toon Figures" to export license so I can export to Blender. I'm having no trouble exporting an original CC3 base character with Toon modifiers. But ideally I'd like to use one of the preset Toon characters as a building block (pretty much because it already has the toon skin, eyes and mouth ect loaded) and is the best starting point for my stylized character look. Even when I load the very basic Toon default character with no extra modifiers or clothing, it tells me that I need to purchase the export license even though I have already paid and upgraded. I have even re downloaded and installed the content, but I'm still having no joy exporting to Blender.. Please help, thank you

I had a quick check and see you have the export option for the Cartoon Character Designer - Toon Figures but not the Cartoon Character Designer - Toon Hair. So please check if the characters you are trying to export have the Toon Hair because if they do that will likely be causing the problem.

However, if the Toon Hair isn't the issue (or any clothing or accessories), then please try going into Help > Activate Purchased Items in CC3 and this should resolve the problem. If the problem does continue after that, try Activate Entire Library as well (may take some time if you have a lot of content). Once complete you should be able to export correctly.
