Here is the original source image taken from a screenshot:

These are some renders out of Character Creator 3 using iRay plugin with and without background.  To get rid of the strange shadows around the hairline, I have to boost the Max GI bounces to, well, Max (32)

Still have to clean up the skin texture to remove the eyelash artifacts from the Headshot capture.  But the Eyes and teeth have been replaced by CC3+ assets, as well as the hair of course.
Very much a work in progress...

A couple of renders, first one in the built in render, the second one done in iRay.  For some reason, the base one looks better than the iRay.  Some patchy skin and wierd star patterns in the irises and some wierd bumps all over the skin.  I don't know why though...https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/9bb5e660-0d3d-4198-8217-8fce.pnghttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/24a48c6a-816c-4e9e-872e-bea9.png

Nice characters! I mainly like the facial expression in your first port last picture.

And some more Headshot experiments, except of course the first image, which is the in game reference (well, one of many actually) and the last image, (which is an experiment building the character from the base CC3 model).  When animating them, they seem stiff.  And when trying to get them to speak, well, I keep falling flat on my face.  I still need to work at it.  My vainglorious attempts to recreate a character from a video game using CC3 and now CC4, over the last few months.  Very much still a work in progress.  The iterations will continue till at least 2077...  Excelsior!

First attempt, after a few stumbles.  Used the starter pack clothes (leather jacket and cotton top borrowed from the Katherine model.  Hair from the Hair builder of course....

Second iteration, imported hair from DAZ studio.  The suit is also from DAZ as well.  The short cut on the side of the head is supposed to be a 'V', but looks like 'Z'.  Regret puting that on there now...

Third iteration with the GEM hair from DAZ with accessories, tinted shades and some tacked on Tattoos and cyberware. Leather Jacket and base clothes repurposed.

Iteration four. Morphs using either Headshot or the base morphs for the face.  Cheekbones look too wide and the lips are too flat.  But the animation from CC4 captures the brooding intensity of the character to be sure...

The fifth, but by no means last, iteration was done completely from a base CC3 female and then morphed using the tens of thousands of sliders and using one of the reference images from the game.  Eyes are a bit too big and the chin too narrow.  But I think the ears nose and mouth come close, as well as the skin details, at least on the front of the face.  Back to the drawing board with CC4 soon.

Oh, clothes are from the cyberpunk pack that was a weekly special recently...  https://marketplace.reallusion.com/cyberpunk---mesh-activewear

The quest continues on the custom character from one of my favorite video games...
The first image is a native render direct from CC4.  The character's face was modified slightly from the 4th iteration of the character found above, using the numerous morphs available.  So I guess this would be iteration #6:

Made some slight modifications to create iteration #6b I guess.  Modified the lips, chin and eyes slightly.  Its still not quite there, but its the closest I've been able to achieve to the original screengrab in the post above:

The iterations continue.  Created a quick animation of the character wearing a custom jacket I found on SketchFab.  I need to learn how to isolate/restrict transfer weights as the collar is moving around when it really shouldn't.  Used the new wrinkle system, which really gives the character additional personality.  I still find that the lips are too stiff and cartoony though.  They don't look natural to me.  I may have improperly applied or not applied the morphs when making adjustments to the lower part of the face.  IDK.  Here's a still image with a link to the youtube animation complete with all the problems I still need to work out.....
