I realise there are some people who have created some decent workarounds of ocean waves and surf/breaking waves. But they take some work and still really aren't overly convincing.

Would be good if RL could add waves to water templates. Make them morphable so that size of the wave, type of wave (rolling wave or breaking/surf wave), frequency of waves, height of waves, direction etc.

Darren01 I made a raging sea by using an overhead ocean video, a prop mountain and sound effects. I animated the mountain prop up and down (every 100 frames), and applied 
the ocean video directly on the prop mountain. It does not take up a lot of resources. I thank God for helping me.

yes I have seen your project, great work
However I want something easier to create & control, like we have with the other water templates supplied with iClone
Also want the option of surf, breaking waves for beach scenes
