Is there some form of issue with PopcornFX and Transparency ?

I have 2 emitters outputting dust at difference times for only 214 frames.
Tried to output as mov video for RGB then Alpha but when putting into Adobe Premiere to Track Matt out the alpha nothing at all shows. i.e. no dust.
I then looked at a preview in Iray with transparency selected and sure enough the dust is not showing ?
